Oxygen Gas Plant-For Industries
Oxygen from air is separated by using unique Pressure swing Adsorption ( PSA ) principle. Compressed air passes through synthetic Zeolite Molecular Sieve bed , which adsorbs Nitrogen from air and 91 – 93 % pure oxygen is available at outlet of Oxygen gas plant .
Heated Type Air Dryer
This type of dryer is suitable for Medium to bigger capacities. In this type of dryer regeneration is accomplished with small portion of dry air. This type of dryer are suitable for Dew Point up to (-) 80°C .

We provide PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant is manufactured by us in India. These Generators are supplied as complete systems, ready for hook up to a compressed air supply, including air filters and controls for automatic operation. Start up is at the flip of a switch and maintenance is limited to changing filters every three to twelve months. Each Nitrogen Generator comes pre-tested and fine tuned to meet the customer specified nitrogen flow rate and purity.

Ammonia is dissociated to form Hydrogen and Nitrogen in presence of Nickel Catalyst at a temperature of around 900ºC. The Cracked Gas produced is further purified through Purification Unit. Main application of Cracked Gas is in heat treatment i.e. sintering, brazing, bright annealing of S.S. Wire Production, Blade Production, S.S. Strip and Components Annealing.
